New to Dubai – need help picking a battery that won't fail in the heat.

I just moved here from the UK a few months ago and honestly, I'm still trying to wrap my head around how different everything is when it comes to cars, especially the batteries. Back home, a battery would last me four or five years without any issues, but everyone here keeps telling me that two years is considered good and anything beyond that is a bonus. I brought my Audi A6 with me and I'm starting to notice the cranking getting a bit sluggish, so I know I need to sort something out before I end up stranded somewhere. The problem is I don't know which brands are actually reliable in this climate because all the names I'm familiar with from back home might not be the same ones that people recommend here. I've heard mentions of Amaron and ACDelco but I'm not sure if those are actually good or if people just buy them because they're available everywhere. I came across a guide to the best car battery brands for UAE drivers online which gave me a decent starting point, but I'd really rather hear from actual people who've been driving here for years and know what actually works versus what just looks good on paper. I'm also a bit confused about the whole battery registration thing that everyone keeps mentioning, because apparently if you don't code the new battery to the car it can cause all sorts of electrical weirdness. Is that something all shops do automatically or do I need to specifically ask for it? Any advice for a newcomer would be massively appreciated because I feel completely out of my depth with this. Thanks in advance.
